B C S provides several different types of computer and network service delivery methods. Our fee schedule varies slightly depending upon the type of service that is required.
Web-based Service:
$75.00 per hour with $25.00 minimum fee*
We offer a web based service solution for those instances where an in-person visit isn't required and/or convenient. A simple but very secure link is established between our location and the problem computer while maintaining communication with you the phone. You will be able to watch everything the technician is doing and questions are always welcome. The $25.00 minimum fee makes this a real value for smaller problems that are quickly taken care of.
Technician On Site Service:
$75.00 per hour with $75.00 minimum fee*
Some problems require a physical presence to be addressed correctly. In those instances, our technician will travel to your location to provide service. We have no mileage or call out fees associated with service calls at your location.
*Labor is billed in 20 minute increments after the minimum. Travel beyond our local area is billed as labor on a one way basis with a $25.00 minimum travel fee. There are no travel fees within the 5 cities.
